Windows 10: I dont remember my passwrd and the recovery key shows a different identifier than the one...

I locked my pen drive with bitlocker and saved the recovery key in old laptop then I changed my laptop, I dont remember my passwrd and the recovery key shows a different identifier than the one displayed.

recovery key to microsoft lumia 650 i have forgot password & my mobile no. is discontinued as the service provider RCOm is closed I tried to answer security questions which i rember hardly and i dont know what to do ia msam seeking the help for recovery
