Windows 10: I don't see any drive except c drive in my laptop

Discus and support I don't see any drive except c drive in my laptop in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I don't see any drive except c i have a huge important data is my data deleted permanently..what next do i need to do please help...     Hard drive test completed, but with read failure.

    I’ve been backing up to an external drive. I don’t know when it will fail. Hopefully not until my replacement drive comes.

    C: drive

    Hi Viva,

    If you recently made some changes on your machine and needs to access
    C: drive    , you can do it by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + E.
    • On the left pane, click This PC. It will show you list of different folders. For
      C: drive, it may look like this.
