Windows 10: I don't see my purchased game in the Microsoft store library even though i have bought it...

The game in question mainly among others is Nier Automata. I own the game as the purchase is in my Microsoft orders yet it's not in my library to speak of.Is there a way to fix this issue? I would like to not buy a lot of things from my Xbox library that I already owned.

Purchased apps/games not appearing in my Windows Store library.

Purchased apps/games not appearing in my Windows Store library. It appears to be only one game involved. I've tried the reset options, updates etc. Nothing seems to work. When I go to the store it wants me to purchase but my account history shows I've purchased it several years ago. I've tried the suggestions from previous posts.

Are you using the same Microsoft account, which was used to purchase?



I suggest you to sign out from Microsoft Store and then sign in using the same Microsoft Account which was used to purchase the game. Check if you are able to install it.

I understand that you are unable to find a game purchased from Microsoft Store. I'll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, we would like to know the place of purchase of the game.



As you have mentioned that you have purchased the game logged in to your Microsoft account, I would suggest you to make sure that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account in Microsoft Store.



To login to Microsoft Store, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Microsoft Store.
2. Click on the Profile icon on the top left corner, click on the account and select
   Sign Out.
3. Now, click on the Profile icon and select
   Sign in.
4. Sign in with the Microsoft Account through which you purchased the game.
