Windows 10: I don't think Microsoft should charge for Microsoft Jigsaw until they fixed the many bugs...

How do you guys have the nerve to charge for a subscription to Microsoft Jigsaw when there are so many bugs in the app. When I first signed up, the app worked fine but is getting worse and worse. "Created" puzzles are not saved by the app, which is very frustrating. When a puzzle is minimized and I go back to it after an hour or so, the pieces won't move or the entire puzzle is frozen. I then have to exit and reopen the puzzle. Also, at times, the entire puzzle will jump around on its own. One day the entire puzzle jumped completely off the page. Microsoft Jigsaw Will Not Load

I was getting Error Code: 0x803F8001 both before and after "uninstalling" Microsoft Jigsaw. It worked perfectly for years, but stopped working within the last week. It would start to load, and eventually bomb out. I have tried the following suggestions:

• Uninstall Jigsaw. Now I cannot reinstall Jigsaw. Get Error Code: 0x803F8001
  

• All steps above from Jomari Arc . Step #4 took longer than expected, but it did eventually do what you
  said. These steps did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

• Microsoft Windows Store App. Troubleshooter - It ran and said it fixed a "possibly corrupted cache" . This did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

In a similar community, titled "Microsoft Jigsaw Error code Ox803F8001", I tried all of the steps from Loraine Mon, from this link: Redirecting

Again, this did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw. Messages are "downloading", then "acquiring license", and then it errors out with Error Code: 0x803F8001

Day after day, same problem. Xbox and Store and Solitaire all work fine. Microsoft Jigsaw is the problem. When it was installed, it bombed out trying to open. After "uninstalling", it will not reinstall.

Hi Andre, tried your suggestion allowed me to play jigsaw then opening the next one up came that advert and still unable to close, no offence intended with my earlier reply, think I'll leave jigsaw until Microsoft have a fix, thanks again for all your help.

You need to find a new class, m'kay?

Microsoft ALREADY charges for support calls. They will NEVER charge for a security update.. they'll be sued by nearly every corporation on the planet.
