Windows 10: I don't understand why windows C drive/disk got filled up just because I played multiple games

My C drive keeps getting full. Only around 2.04GB free out of 79.9GB currently. I used to have one game in which their programs are shoved in windows C drive where it caused only just about 12-15gb free. But I decided to add more games which caused 5GB left in the drive, I got rid of them since I don't really want to use all of the space. In the end, had 2 games left but the problem is, even if I deleted most of the other games, there wasn't any big difference. There are no large hidden files. All did was delete files from prefetch/temp/%temp% and most of pictures i had on the only other exist

Disk getting 100% filled while playing games

When i play games,for the first few minutes system works properly but after that the disk space gets 100% filled and the game starts to lag.

 

C: Drive Filling Up Fast!

Hi!

My laptop's (Win 10 OS) C: drive fills up very fast. I've tried almost everything like:

1) Using cleaning software

2) Deleting temp, prefetch and cache files

3) Disabling Windows updates

4) Allocating more space to C:

5) Deleting software

But still within a month, or two C: fills up. I don't understand what's happening. Can someone suggest a fix?

Have you check if Windows is currently downloading an update?
