Windows 10: I don't wanna lose my genuine OS while fresh installing in my new SSD from HDD

I bought a samsung SSD an i want a fresh installation in it. But the problem is that I might lose my Genuine operating system which is currently in my Hard Disk. People have suggested me Cloning process but i dont wanna do that. SO please suggest me on how can i still have my genuine OS in my SSD.

Cloned OS to SSD want to delete old OS on hdd

Not sure if this was answered(cant find 1) but recently cloned windows 10 from HDD to SSD. My HDD was setup as GPT and the partition was setup with the OS as almost the full 1tb size. I had and currently have alot of used space that i dont wanna lose if
it can be avoided. The whole cloning process was a pain having to move stuff to the ssd then partition the empty space on hdd the move stuff to the new partition until I had less than 200g with the OS still there so I can clone it onto ssd after cleaning
it. Os works fine(windows loads sooo much faster) old hdd works fine but wanna get rid of the old os on hdd without deleting anything else? Sorry so long and sadly I merged the partitions back to 1.

 

I need to upgrade my mechanical hdd with ssd How do I migrate the Windows OS with losing the product key?

I intend to upgrade my mechanical hdd to a proper 480 ssd, I have genuine windows installled on my PC and my laptop does not have a dual drive. How do I migrate my OS? Please Help!

Fresh Install of Windows 10 Home in new SSD

I have this Dell N4010 Laptop that I want to upgrade with an SSD and use the existing HDD as Data drive. I have an original windows of digital license.

Please suggest how I can install a fresh copy of the windows in my new SSD with the existing license. And please suggest how to activate the new installation of Windows.
