    I don't want to pay for additional storage. How do I reduce my current storage below 5mb? I already deleted the outlook and regular recycle bin and junk folder and files with large attachments.

    No, all accounts come with 7 GB of storage; there is no additional storage received for WP8 purchases, so you should have 7 GB storage total.

    Storage card is now "storage card2"

    Just encountered this myself the other day. What you have to do is remove your storage card. Then go into file explorer. Find a listing for storage card and delete it. Then when you place your storage card into the phone again it should now be named
    storage card. Currently your phone lists your card as storage card 2 because it has a listing for storage card already. This might have happened if your card was not seated already and you tried to access a program that is found on your storage card. Hope
