Windows 10: I downloaded a few zip files and i can't delete them, i need help.

3 zip files are stuck on my computer, i believe i deleted them through the Microsoft edge browser options but they show up in my computer. Every time I even try to click on the zip folder it says, "access to the folder is denied." I have tried to go to properties and then to security, but it says that I do not have access to it.

  Type Default programs
  in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on choose default programs by file type
  
• 
  Select .zip
  and select File Explorer

Access denied to zip file

The issue that you're experiencing may be due to a corrupted user profile. We have found a workaround regarding the "Access denied" error. Kindly follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + E to open File Explorer.
• Copy the files that you want to zip.
• Paste it in the Downloads folder.
• From there, zip your file. You may follow the steps provided in this
  article.

deleting zip file

Hi,

I have lumia 720 and yesterday I have downloaded zip file but I am not able to see my files anywhere in the phone and due to this zip file my phone storage has been increased. I want to delete my zip file which is hidden. how to delete the zip file??
