Windows 10: I downloaded a game through steam and the error "A new guard for the stack cannot be...

I am running on 16gb ram 3200mhz with a Nvidia GTX 1650, I updated everything., I have checked my RAM and its not the issue, I added a screenshot so you can see the issue

Error: "A new guard page for the stack cannot be created"

When I open This PC in my device and scroll down then Windows Explorer resets and get closed. After reboot
into Safe Mode, doing that gives
"A new guard page for the stack cannot be created" error and Windows Explorer resets again. Curiously, switching the account solved the problem. Why this happens in this way? I searched on the Internet
and only found
this which didn't worked.
