    I downloaded an exe file from a sketchy website,ran it and i have no idea where it...


    I doubt i have enough information but i tried looking for a program called xpadder (which supposedly allows you to map controller buttons to the keyboard so you can play games that don't have controller support) and downloaded a 31mb exe file from a site i can't find anymore..i ran the exe file and it started unzipping something somewhere (it didn't mention where and I'm pretty sure this so called installer didn't even mention xpadder). After it finished (and it took ridiculously long for just 31mbs) it just disappeared and i have no idea where it went.. was it a virus? Where could i possibly find it? I still have the exe file. Should i perhaps run it again? Can I check it's insides to at least make sure it's not harmful?
