Windows 10: I downloaded Windows 10 and now the camera is gone.

Discus and support I downloaded Windows 10 and now the camera is gone. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I had Windows 8 and recently downloaded Windows 10.     I downloaded Windows 10 and now the camera is gone.


    I had Windows 8 and recently downloaded Windows 10. Now the camera is nowhere to be found. Does not show up on the list of devices. I have tried every "fix" that I can find, but none has worked thus far. Any thoughts? I have an Acer Aspire V5-571 Model MS2361.

    download Windows camera app

    Success in resetting Store; that produced a download of the Windows camera, despite seeing error message again, download proceeded. Screen shows MS app for Windows camera and indicates downloaded. (Camera now listed in app list.) But when Launch was selected,
    no action after screen with camera icon. Eventually message appeared " something went wrong: here is message code if needed: 0x400F4271>MediaCaptureFailedEvent>0xC00D3704. We seem to be moving ahead a step at a time. Next suggestion?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    I downloaded Windows 10 and now the camera is gone.

    Downloading photos in Windows 10

    Downloading from Panasonic digital camera.

    I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.
