Windows 10: I droppedmy laptop and it has a memory problem and has forgtten who it is or who I am -

I dropped my laptop and it has a memory problem and has forgtten who it is or who I am - so I cannot access to my usual MSN sites!! I have a tablet and with that I can get a code for Facebook but cannot get access to MSN News for comment replies. The start button does not function so I have to Sign out and re Sign in again to Facebook daily. All my Legacy photo albums are not available now. I will get a new laptop but am still deciding which one to get. In the meantime I would like better access to my MSN account which treats me like an invader even though I have all my info to hand and ha

Thank you for updating us. We suggest that you run the Memory Diagnostics Tool, this is to check your system for memory problems. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
