Windows 10: I dual-booted linux and installed it on the same partition, now Windows 11 is corrupt, what...

i installed Ubuntu on my PC without making a dedicated partition for it, then when i tried to log back in Windows 11, it began that repairing system loop, and obviously, it didn't work, there are things that i tried to recover my data and/or Windows but still failed...-I tried having my data back from Windows 11 by inserting a bootable USB Drive - both bootable and ISO included USB Drives -, and my PC rejected it There is no drives for USB.-Insert a bootable Ubuntu 24.0.4.1 LTS Flash Drive to access my hard disk.-I entered cmd and typed C:, and it says my C: drive is corrupt-I typed E: my f

How to go about building a tri-boot system?

i dual boot all the time, and going in to tri boot is easy.

step 1) partition the drive in to 3 partitions ( leaving 1 empty for the linux installer. )
step 2) install windows on the first 2 partitions.
step 3) install linux, and let it auto partition the remaining space. ( i recommend at least 30gb of space for linux, because it will make things a lot easier. )

step 4) enjoy.

Yeah, but he's throwing OS X in there. Not quite as easy to do, but not all that hard. Manual configuration of GRUB is necessary.

I understand that you are unable to do a dual boot after an update. To narrow down the cause we will require a few more information from you. Please reply to the following details:

• Which operating system was installed first?
  
• Do you see any error message when you try to boot to Linux?
  
• Are you able to see the Linux OS files in the partition?
  

You can check for the boot timeout option whether the time to boot to the default OS is changed to 0 seconds. To check that, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold Windows + R key on the keyboard.
   
2. Type msconfig and click on OK.
   
3. Click on Boot tab.
   
4. Under timeout if you see time as 0 seconds then, change the time to at least 10 seconds.
   
5. Alternatively, you can check if Linux is listed or not.
   

Also, I suggest you to post a screenshot of Disk management with all the partitions.

Note: Make sure you don’t capture any personal information while taking screenshot.
