I am questioning the results of the PC Health scan for windows 11 requirements. My device is a 1.04 GHz & determined by PC Health Check that it does not meet requirement's. It very clearly states in the Windows 11 System Requirements page that the CPU be should be 1 Ghz or faster with 2 or more cores.

 

PC Health Check shows the processor is not compatible. It IS on the list of compatible processors though.

My HP desktop meets all requirements for the Windows 11 upgrade but when I run the PC Health Check app it says my processor is not supported. I have gone to the compatibility list on Microsoft and it IS on the list as supported for the upgrade. I have checked that my TPM is enabled and not hidden. I have verified that I am running in UEFI mode and not Legacy. Below are my specs which meet all of the criteria. I don't understand why the PC Health Check app is blocking the upgrade.

Greetings. Windows Update said PC did not meet minimums for Windows 11 upgrade. PC Health Check said TPM 2.0 was not enabled. Enabled TPM. TPM Management confirms TPM Manufacturer Information > Specification Version is 2.0. PC Health Check now says PC meets Windows 11 upgrade requirements. Windows Update still says PC does not meet minimum requirements. A Windows restart did not resolve the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
