    I end task the File Explorer, I had tried all the solution out there but none of them is work


    I had the same issue, I end task the Explorer and the screen just turn into black and I can do nothing, so I starting to solve this problem via looking at the internetI tried all of the method Ive got on the internet, and yeah they all told me to run Explorer at the Task Manager but it still didnt work, i tried it many times it just keep stacking file explorer on my laptop, pls anyone can help me?

    Exitting / end-tasking File Explorer

    I've found the easiest way to exit / end-task File Explorer in Windows 10- so, if anyone wants an easy method, then just refer to this post:

    If you're encountering a problem / bug with your Windows 10 system, and a website told you to end-task File Explorer:

    • Move your cursor to the place on the taskbar where it shows the date and time.
    • Click Ctrl + Shift keys and then, still holding, right click on the place where it shows date and time.
    • There will be an option called, 'Exit File Explorer'. Click it.
    • If you need to start File Explorer back, click Ctrl + Shift + Esc buttons together (as everyone knows). The Task Manager appears.
    • Click 'File' > click 'Run new task' > type 'explorer' or 'explorer.exe' and hit enter.
    • Wait till it loads.

    Over! That was easy, wasn't it?

    You can use my easy method. Or use the hard way - I'm not insisting to use this way. I end task the File Explorer, I had tried all the solution out there but none of them is work :)

    Hi George,

    I am sorry to know that you are facing issues with Windows 10.

    I suggest you to reset Windows explorer and check the behavior.

    Please follow the steps:


    • Right click on the task Bar and select Task Manager.

    • Select Processes tab.

    • Choose windows explorer and right click on it.

    • Select end task

    • Click on file menu and select run new task.

    • Type explorer.exe

    • Click on ok.

    I end task the File Explorer, I had tried all the solution out there but none of them is work

    Whenever I roll my mouse over the system buttons on my taskbar, like cortana, task view or notifications buttons it flickers off immediately.

    I've already already tried those things, and also I tried resetting the icons, which changed nothingI end task the File Explorer, I had tried all the solution out there but none of them is work :(
