Windows 10: I factory reset an older laptop and now it runs worse than before and the internet doesn’t...

I had some issues with an older laptop and I factory reset it to fix it and it did fix the problem I was having but now everything else runs worse. The internet which I know is fine is really slow now. I am not sure about how to update drivers which I heard could be an issue but I tried to figure it out and I couldn’t find any downloads. I’m kind of just thinking the laptop is done for.

Older Toshiba laptop running Vista reset

I have an older TOSHIBA Satellite A205-S5843 S/N 38189546K with the unsupported Windows Vista Home Premium that I would like to reset to factory settings. I have tried all the internet suggestions without success. Is the anyway I can reset without saving files and install a current OS?

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.
