Windows 10: I factory reset my Alienware M15 R7 AMD but I wasn't finish installing my software...

Mainly because restored points by Dell OS Recovery Tool, DORT wouldn't be corrupted with a windows upgrade of that matter, anyways,I can't see no longer the "23H2" download sticker or banner, I've tried troubleshooting Windows Update, clearing cache, running a scan on cmd.Nothing, I can always use the media tool, but way too much temps and etc..., besides if I'm upgrading from same system version what's the point of making check if its compatible with Windows 11, like is the same OS version, really?

My microphone mute key doesn't work when pressed on my Alienware M15 R7

Its not audio its the mute microphone button on the alienware m15 r7 its at the very right of the keyboard and its beneath the del insert key its not supposed to be on the function keys

If you search up Alienware M15 R7 keyboard, on the very right of the keyboard if you look under the del insert key and above the mute key you will see the mute microphone key, when i press that key, it doesnt glow white neither does it even mute or unmute my microphone

I have an Alienware M15 R7 and when I press the microphone mute key, it doesn't glow white, neither does it mute my microphone or unmute it when its glowing white. It shows no error message since its the microphone mute key, I want to use the microphone mute key since not all laptops have it. I have already tried updating my device on windows settings. I updated my drivers and hardware on supportassist, and none of it made pressing the microphone mute key work.

Win 11/Alienware M15 R5 Ryzen Ed - software install blocked

Greetings all,

I have Win 11 on Alienware M15 R5 Ryzen Ed. When i try to install software from work, Acrobat PDF and add-on, installation is block. I have tried on both personal and work profiles, block from installing. Both have are adm rights. I have check "apps", access from "everywhere" (unknown sources). I have enable developers mode, nothing there.

Software is Acrobat XI Pro, have product key, works on Win 10/work laptop. Tried "run as adm", same error, block from installing for my safety.

Any suggestions would be VERY helpful!
