Windows 10: I factory reset my PC with both a HDD and SSD and now it loads with The User Profile...

So I factory reset my pc that uses both a HDD and SSD. However I only use one account on the pc I followed the advice given to someone who posted with a similar issue: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-the-user-profile-service-service-failed/ca6ce5f8-4482-40bc-8b0d-7dcc442f0998However when I loaded into safe mode the screen was completely white.Can anyone help advise me on this? Relocation of User Profile Folders from SSD to HDD

I have just recently purchased an HP Pavilion 590-p0054 DT PC from Best Buy with a 128GB SSD and a 1TB HDD; currently, I’m using the Toshiba 4TB HDD on the PC.

Frankly, a few of my personal files would get saved up to the SSD. So, what’s the best way of relocating those files, as well as all the User profile folders from the SSD to the HDD?

 

Can’t load user profile after factory reset.

I’ve seen posts with the same problem. I just performed a factory reset, it finished resetting and showed me the same sign in screen I normally see. I go and try to put in my pin, and it says “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded”. The thing is every solution says sign into a different profile, but this is the only profile I have on this laptop. I’m stuck on the sign in screen and can’t do anything. Need help asap, have finals tomorrow. Windows 10

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
