    I factory reset my PC with both a HDD and SSD and now it loads with The User Profile...


    So I factory reset my pc that uses both a HDD and SSD. However I only use one account on the pc I followed the advice given to someone who posted with a similar issue: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-the-user-profile-service-service-failed/ca6ce5f8-4482-40bc-8b0d-7dcc442f0998However when I loaded into safe mode the screen was completely white.Can anyone help advise me on this? I am willing to provide further details.
