Windows 10: I factory reseted my laptop but there is still data left after the reset.

Discus and support I factory reseted my laptop but there is still data left after the reset. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I just opened my laptop after factory reseting, but there's still folders i had before on my laptop, and not any kind of folders theres video games on...     I factory reseted my laptop but there is still data left after the reset.


    I just opened my laptop after factory reseting, but there's still folders i had before on my laptop, and not any kind of folders theres video games on it that i had previously, i thought it was a one drive problem but i never logged in on drive and even so the files arent on my microsoft one drive account. I did NOT press "keep my files", I made sure to press remove everything, yet there are still apps that aren't even related to Windows such as video games on it. I was wondering if when doing a factory reset, does cloud download windows 10 or local installing it affects my files?
