Windows 10: i forgot my computers password some time ago it’s running windows 8.1

can some one help me i lost my password for windows 8.1 And I already tried a new method. I found online stating hit the windows in Sigma Chi and eggs at the same time go to command prompt admin. Well, I didn’t work for me tomorrow when I do that it came up with another screen saying I needed my password for the admin so there’s gotta be another way to get around it.

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
