Windows 10: I forgot my laptop home lock and i can can't restart it. Is there any other way

I forgot my laptop home lock.and it was windows 10 version. I had tried all available ways for me but i can't able to procide forward at 'system recovery image' step.

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
