Windows 10: I forgot the username, but I cannot recover it with my alternate email

I forgot my username, but I cannot recover it with my alernate email. The support will not help me. why do I pay all the money for such poor service

Forgot the Alternate Email Address

Hi,

I have an alternate email address from 5+ years ago in my account for when Microsoft needed to send me security codes for it to confirm my identity. My problem is that I forgot my alternate email address and when I tried to changed it, Microsoft tells me
that now I need to wait 30 days to have the new email in the security configuration. Why I can't change the email freely and have to wait 30 days?

I understand your concern with regards to your Microsoft account.

The 30 days wait time is for Microsoft to verify any security information on any Microsoft account. This goes for both the alternate email address and phone number. The 30 days is the maximum wait time but it usually takes a week if there's no problem with
the alternate email address. I actually changed mine before and it only took me a little over 1 week for the changes to appear.

If you need further assistance with your Microsoft account, I would suggest getting in touch with a Microsoft technician over the chat or phone since they would be able to check the status of your account on their end.

I forgot the age of empires 3 username.

I forgot the eso username of my age of empires game. but my e-mail address is still active. How do I go about learning my username? There is no place in the game to give you an e-mail address. thanks
