Windows 10: I forgot to store my bitlocker key how to recover it

When i have purchased my laptop and installed windows i did not took a back up of my bitlocker key. Due to some reason my drives are locked and now iam unable to unlock them. Now how to get back the bitlocker key

Recover BitLocker key from Key ID

It doesn't work. The specific device I need to recover the key is not on the list, neither an option to retrieve the BitLocker code using its Key ID as the blue screen says.

If the BitLocker is manually activated on your computer by your OEM, then the key might be stored using one of the listed above locations on the link. Usually, selecting where the recovery key will be stored will depend on the one who activated the BitLocker on your windows computer. If the recovery key is not found on the Microsoft Accounts associated on the computer, then the key might be stored on a different location on the list.

Bitlocker: failed to unlock with this recover key

bitlocker pops: failed to unlock with this recover key.

A Notebook pops need Bitlocker recovery key when turn it on, input the key and said "failed to unlock with this recover key".

we enabled Bitlocker and store the key in AD. Now the notebook cannot go to Windows.

Go to "Advance" >> Command Prompt >> input command: Manage-bde -unlock C: -rp 48 digitals

also pop "failed to unlock with this recover key".

the key is stored in AD and Password ID is same
