Windows 10: I formatted my pc and I can't login to my account

I formatted my pc, after I formatted it I tried to login to my account but it said "the user profile service service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded".So I looked around the internet and tried different things:- booting it into safe mode.- creating a new a new accountBy going to the cmd and typing:"net user /add username password" username and password were replaced ofc.but it said "the user was successfully created but could not be added to the USERS local group.More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3774".i typed "NET HELPMSG 3774" but it just repeated "the user was

Need to format, can I transfer my Steam games or I need to download everything again?

• Back up the "steamapps" folder.
• Format.
• Install Steam.
• Login to your Steam account.
• Close Steam completely.
• Copy the "steamapps" folder back
• Done!

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Cannot login to PC after format with Microsoft account.

So, I saw that my laptop was very slow and I realized I had to format. I format my computer using the BIOS Startup. I left for Class and when I came back the Format was over. But it did not put me to the usual Screen where you have to setup things, Instead
it put me to straight up sign in with either a Local or Domain account or with a Microsoft account, So I went ahead and typed my login information from my microsoft account to login. I tried over and over again but it keeps telling me that either my password
is wrong or my username. I tried changing my password even which could be the case but it isn't..Any suggestions?
