Windows 10: I found a copy of Windows NT 4.0 in a thrift store. All discs are operational.

I have a custom computer and I booted 4.0, but the screen is extremely small and not centered. Any fixes?p.s. It had the same problem when ran in an application that allows older models to run in a modern computer

Disc 0 is my Operating system

Hi Newby here,

I am having a problem with my new pc. Installed win 10 and office 10 with out a hitch and the pc is running well on my SATA M.2 drive. I then installed a another SATA M.2 drive and noticed that my operating system m.2 drive has change to disc 1

The new SATA m.2 drive has taken Disk 0

I removed this new SATA m.2 drive and my operating system SATA m.2 went back to Disk 0

So I added in a new SATA 2.5 Disc and it did the same, it took the Disc 0 spot

what am I doing wrong for my windows system m.2 drive to keep on changing its DISK number?

PC still runs perfectly whatever I do but I would like my Disk 0 to be my system disk

I suggest you to follow the below steps to read the Windows 7 disc and check if it helps.

• Insert Windows 7 disc.
• Press “Windows+E” which will open file explorer.
• There you will find the Windows 7 disc.
• Open the disc and copy the files anywhere on your computer, so that you can access the information from the disc.

• When you say 'copying files' are you referring to burning disc?

If yes then refer the link below suggested by Andre Da Costa on June 3, 2015
and follow the steps below.

Burn CD's with windows 10
