    Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

    Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

    Smart TV i notice that this new wireless lan adaptor creates itself and when i check his connection it said: send 4,9mb/sec and received: 0 Kbps , why? is normal this?

    Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 4 media disconnected - help!

    Hi all

    Hoping someone can help me! My Dell laptop running Windows 10 is having issues connecting to the internet. My connection is fine as all other devices are okay. I use wifi and don't have a cable to connect with.

    I ran ipconfig/renew in CMD as recommended in another post, and got a message that:

    Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 4 media disconnected and Ethernet adapter bluetooth network connection media disconnected

    I will try and copy the message but I'm on my tablet not laptop!

    About at the limit of my technological capabilities right now!

    Anyone have any idea how to reconnect, please?
