Windows 10: I found a suspicious active task in task scheduler

I was scrolling through task scheduler to find any suspicious items in my pc when i came accross CDDSYNC, CryptoPolicyTask, Cellular, Calibration Loader all of them says they are using the same location but when i refresh it it always turns to a different location. Can someone tell me if this is a bitcoin trojan or something?

I suggest you to clear the task from Task Scheduler using the below steps and check if the issue still persists.

Steps:-

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Click on Task Scheduler Library.
• Select the particular task and right click on it.
• Select End.

Window's Task Scheduler Not Running

Task Scheduler Utility

Anything you can run manually can be run from Task scheduler. I do suggest that you check which power states your computer has because S0 Modern standby [aka S0 Low power idle] inhibits Task scheduler significantly. Code:

If you have S0 then Task scheduler cannot run anything while in S0 i.e. while your display is off. Denis
