    I found a $WINDOWS~TMP folder in my disk D:


    I found a $WINDOWS~TMP folder in my disk-D. Recently I have moved some folders from one disk to another disk due to storage shortage and now I am confused about their original location. Yesterday I upgraded my windows10 to version 2004 and the $WINDOWS~LS folder is deleted automatically but the $WINDOWS~TMP folder stayed in disk-D. Now my question is, this $WINDOWS~TMP folder belongs to which disk actually?

    $Windows.~TMP folder

    After the last update a folder was created on my D:\ drive named $Windows.~TMP folder

    I was wondering if it is safe to delete this folder?

    The folder contains the following folder architype:

    Dlmanifests

    replacementmanifests

    Rollback

    Work

    And a few files:

    Mainly ESD-Files

    some Winrar Archives

    and one configuration settings..

    annoying tmp files in downloads folder

    Hi all,

    for a while now my "downloads" folder has been full of .tmp files that make it impossible to find any real downloads in the folder.

    I read online these files might be associated with chrome, but I don't know the steps to deal with this issue.

    would appreciate help with this

    Download folder is the same as Disk D

    Hello, i don't know what happened but why is my download folder connected to disk D, i just want download folder to be inside disk D and not in C, i don't want download folder to be the disk D
