Windows 10: I get a BSOD when I switch my valve index to 120hz

Every time I launch up Steam VR it tells me I can switch to 120fps instead of 90.So I click on yes but right as I click yes my screen gets a BSOD.Stop Code; DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.What Failed; nvlddmkm.sys.I have performed a clean installation on my GPU drivers and I still get the same issue,I have also went into system32 files and given the system file nvlddmkm.sys full control over all applications so that there is no permissions blocking the file.This is the link to the OneDrive minidump file of the BSOD;Minidumps.zip

Indexing is not working

This issue may occur due to corrupt Windows search files or settings. I suggest you to follow the below method and check if it helps.

Method 1: I would suggest you to run search and indexing troubleshooter
and check. Please follow these steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar.
  
• 
  Click troubleshooting in the search results.
  
• 
  Click "View all" and then click "Search and Indexing".
  
• 
  Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.
  

Method 2: Check if Indexing and Windows Search services are enabled. If not, enable them, if they are already enabled, then disable Windows Search Service and then enable again and restart.

  Press Windows key + R.
  
• 
  Type services in the run box, go to the Windows search services and restart them.
