Windows 10: I get a Runddl error message saying I am Missing C:\Users\HP\AppData\Local\Download...

I've had it for a year or two now. I x it out each time I boot up. I think it came about when i installed Windows 10 and someone from microsoft helped me restore my files that seemed to have been lost with the new windows install or update . Not certain how to correct

I changed my old username to . Now I want programs to use C:\Users\\AppData\Local instead of C:\Users\(myoldusername)\AppData\Local
