    Loading message for Hallmark Card Studio 2018

    I have installed successfully, Hallmark Card Studio 2018, but when loading the software, it issues the message "Hallmark is unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your Internet connection and try again." I know there is nothing wrong with my internet
    connection. After several tries, I read that there was a problem with the Microsoft SQL server, so I ran the latest updates for Windows 10 system on ASUS computer, deleted Hallmark Card Studio 2018, completely shutdown, reinstalled the software. Got the same
    error message. Any suggestions, please?

    EngineInterop.dll loading issues while trying to open Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2014

    I have Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2014 loaded on my computer using Windows 10 and have had no issues until Windows 10 did an update yesterday (which took 1-3/4 hours). After that update, when I try to open Hallmark Card Studio, I get the message--Could
    not load file or assembly 'EngineInterop.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found. I have contacted Hallmark and they say they don't support the 2014 version of their product any longer. Plus, they say that the 2014 version
    is not compatible with Windows 10. Kinda funny since I have been using it all along with Windows 10. Sounds like they want to sell me a newer version. Any suggestions how to get this file back on my computer so I can continue to use the program???

    According to that web page, Hallmark Card Studio 2017 and 2018 are supported on Windows 10.
