Windows 10: I get an error whenever I try to start my pc.

I reset my pc to its factory settings and everything was proceeding normally until a message popped up (after the reset was complete) which said "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then reset the installation." I clicked on "OK" and then I got the same message again. I tired to open Command Prompt by pressing Shift + F10, however, it didn't show up. My guess would be that it's not showing up because I'm still stuck on the boot screen. I also tried to access Advanced Settings by pressing F8 but that didn't do me any good either. Any sort of help will be appreciated, thanks.

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
