Windows 10: I get an unspecified 0x80004005 error, how do i fix this

HiI'm trying to install a file on my PC but whenever I reach the stage where I can extract and install it after dowloading it on my system, I will usually receive a feedback with an error message 0x80004005 error unspecified.And it will instruct me to try again, skip or cancel and you know of course that non of these instructions can give a valid result but just to give up in the installation process.. please how can this be fixed?

I'm trying to copy pictures from my SD Card to my computer and it's not letting me. It just keeps coming up with this "0x80004005 Unspecified Error" Please help! I don't want to love my pics. Thanks!
