Windows 10: I get black circles that appear on my screen and my curser control is suddenly gone.

After the last windows update, I get black circles that appear on my screen and my curser control is suddenly gone. A mouse arrow sometimes shows up in the circles. I have to shut down to escape it.What is happening? How to fix it?

Windows 10 black screen no curser

I updated my laptop to Windows 10, let it install overnight. I wake up to a black screen no curser appears as everyone says there is. I shut my computer down restart it and a white Windows like logo appears with a circle spinning below it for a few seconds
then it turns black again. Still no arrow showing even after long periods of time. Not finding anyway to do anything with my computer at all

 

Numerous Black circles with a white edge keep appearing on my screen and the mouse keeps opening programs on it's own

We appreciate the information you have provided. The black circles represent areas on your touch screen that are being touched. It seems that your device is detecting unnecessary contact on those areas. It may have something to do with the hardware itself.
These unnecessary contacts may possibly the same reason why programs are opening on it's own. To further isolate the issue, we suggest that you disable the touch screen feature of your device and see if the black circles disappear. Kindly refer to the steps

• Go to Device Manager.
• Click on Human Interface Devices to expand.
• Right click on HID-compliant touch screen and select
  Disable.

Curser vs. Circle

Not sure what is happening -- I'm using my curser in Word and then all of a sudden it disappears and a circle pops up, which I can't get rid of --- how do I get my curser back and never the circle ?
