Windows 10: I get constant fail to install KB5022913 with error code 0x8007000d

I've tried a number of times via windows update and from the catalogue update for KB5022913. Windows Update troubleshooter finds problems listed as Check for Windows Update issues - detected, but offers no solution.Restart does not help. DISM and SFC successfully run with a few errors found on SFC /scannow, but installation still fails.I tried this forum thread to no avail.Any help gratefully recieved.CBS.log file here

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
