Windows 10: I get scrambled video on boot

Discus and support I get scrambled video on boot in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I have a Lenovo T470p laptop. Dual boot Win10 primary, Win8.1 secondary.     I get scrambled video on boot


    I have a Lenovo T470p laptop. Dual boot Win10 primary, Win8.1 secondary. Sometimes when I boot up I get scrambled video. I have to do multiple restarts until I get a clean boot. This happens most frequently when I don't get a clean shutdown.I have a video that I can share.

    PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

    I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

    Steps that i have tried:
    "No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

    Made sure all connections are properly connected.

    Flashing the CMOS

    Tested the PSU

    Followed all steps in the user manual

    If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

    video player is scrambled

    Video replays ok but half the screen is scrambled. This does not happen if I use quicktime to replay videos

    I get scrambled video on boot

    Windows 7 GUI on Boot Scrambled

    My Old brother bought a Windows 7 this day then I want to do a clean installation of my OS.

    I set the bios to boot 1st the DVD after the *windows files is loading*... the screen is scrambled on GUI. I can't see what's going on because the screen is totally scrambled.
    when I hit the esc key twice it will boot normally just like nothings happened.

    what can I do to get rid of that scrambled screen stuff.
