Windows 10: I get the error, The procedure entry point CreateAppContainrtProfile could not be located...

I wanted to run pycharm on my windows7 64 Bit. The installation went pretty well but as I opened the app I got the message:The procedure entry point CreateAppContainrtProfile could not be located in the dynamic link library USERENV.dll I tried reinstalling the app, scaning for viruses and so. what should I do next? Is my windows to old for such app? is my only option installing a new windows?

I get an error while running FIFA 17 in my pc. The error reads " The procedure entry point

?create@Task@@SAPEAV12@PEAVScene@2@PEBVVect 0r 3@2@1PEAVAllocator@2@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SysWoW64\fifa17" can someone help me?

I am getting The procedure entry point BCryptDeriveKeyPBKDF2 could no be located in the dynamic link library bcrypt.dll error on my windows vista. I tried using malwarebytes as suggested in this thread.

I tried to run malwarebytes program but it did not remove error. Any suggestion on how to clear it.
