Windows 10: I get what I think is the Windows 11 window right after I open my session, and it's all white.

Hello, I'm having a real issue. Everytime I try to open my session, I get what I believe to be the Windows 11 window where I can should to update to Windows 11 or "remind me later". Except it's all white.There are still the buttons for the volume and ease of access center :I can do Ctrl+Alt+Del but I can't find a way to get past this and enter my session.So I restarted and booted in Safe mode to be able to get to my session. I created a new user, restarted again and booted normally and managed to get into the other user's session without the issue.So I figured I would need to install Windows 1

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

So I restarted and booted in Safe mode to be able to get to my session. I created a new user, restarted again and booted normally and managed to get into the other user's session without the issue.

So I figured I would need to install Windows 11 from Windows Update from that user to fix the issue. But despite the PC Health Check saying everything is ok to update to Windows 11, Windows Update says something like "Currently, this computer doesn't have the minimal requirements to execute Windows 11"

What can I do ? Whether it's managing to update to Windows 11 or fixing the Windows 11 update window, I'll take either solution.

White Sticky Notes window opens with sticky and cannot be stopped

I did what you suggested. I also tried both repairing and resetting the Sticky Notes app, and nothing changed. I'm still getting the main white window every time I open a new note if one is not already open. If I right click on my start menu shortcut and
click on open new note, I get the white window and two new notes. If I right click and select notes list, I get a single note along with the white window, which I'm pretty sure now is the notes list.
