Windows 10: I get "You cannot redirect a parent into a child" when I try to move my Videos to D:\Videos...

So I moved my videos into a external hard drive D:. When you click on the videos tab to send you to the videos photo in "My computer" it says D:. So to fix it and send you to the video folder I tried to move it to "D:\Videos" but it says "You cannot redirect a parent into a child".

Parental Controls for You Tube videos

In the Parental Microsoft account, I have allowed a specific URL link to a You Tube video for my child, but when logged in using the child's account, then going to the allowed Youtube video, I was able to click on the suggested videos on the side eventhough
those videos have a different URL and those URL's are not on the allowed list. How would I fixed that?

I have already turned on parental controls on YouTube as well, but thought that the most fool proof way is to allow a specific video only. Now, those suggested videos are screwing things up - my children shouldn't be able to watch those as the URL's haven't
been allowed.

Changed Videos folder and can't reset it to default or change it

I accidentally changed my videos folder to D:\ drive instead of a videos folder inside D:\ drive. Windows won't let me change the videos folder back to its default one under users and my user file due to a denied error, "Failed to build the list of regular subdirectories
under "D:\System Volume Information". Access Denied". Windows also won't let me change the folder to a newly created one under D:\ called "videos", when I try this an error message comes up saying "Can't redirect a parent into a Child. The specific path is
invalid."

Please help me change the folder so it is not my D drive.
