    I keep getting blue screen

    I trying to install windows on a old pc and i got windows 7 to install but it not opening now and windows 10 keep giving blue screen

    Blue Screen Stop Code IROL not less or equal

    After receiving a blue screen Stop Code IROL not less or equal and message

    saying we are checking for errors the completion % remained dormant for a couple

    of hours.So I then powered off the pc and rebooted, pc appears to be starting but the monitor is now saying no signal from device.All the fixes I have looked at involve a working monitor.Any help would be

    greatly appreciated as pc is currently bricked with many important files. I cannot even use my recovery disk without a monitor display.
