Windows 10: I got a chrome extension called "xFastAlpha", I tried to remove it but as soon as I remove...

Inside there are 4 files called "background" and "manifest" and other 2. That file "Spwjyrq" changes its name every time I delete the file and restart. I've scanned the pc using Windows Defender, Microsoft Scanner but unfortunately none of these helped me. I'm worried because evertime it appears in the extensions of chrome and edge it has all the privileges like "On all sites". Also it shows that I'm being "Managed by an organization". I'm trying to resolve this for last 3 days but none of my efforts helped me. If someone could please help me fix this I'll be very happy.Thank you.

Remove and extension

To remove an extension from Chrome, open Chrome settings by clicking on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.

Then go to More tools -- Extensions

Find your extension and click on the Remove button

Need help removing hijack malware from chrome

Might try Malwarebytes (if not done yet) , Zone Alarm Free AV

But first , i would remove chrome and install 64bit Chrome
Also from Add/Remove Programs - uninstall anything suspicious

Also remove some suspicious extensions . from Chrome : More Tools
and Setting -> Search Engine : Google:
