Windows 10: I got a frozen screen saying my computer was hacked from MS.

I turned on my screen and it as frozen, and it said I was hacked, I ended up giving them some info and now I am pretty sure I was scammed

Frozen screen

When I start up my win 10 computer the screen is frozen and there is no cursor. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
