I got a message saying "oppos something went wrong" when I try to log in. am I locked out? what do I need to do to fix this? This message below is like the one that I have received.

I tried above steps but unable to pair my oppo enco air 3 pro to my thinkpad windows 11. My device is not getting listed when the pairing is on.

Perhaps an audio/video hifi forum is better as it isn't an computer *Smile I have never own or even seen an Oppo device in real life, so i have no suggestions. What does the manual say about it? and is there new firmware to it you can try?
