Windows 10: i got a new pc that i built myself and need help with realtek audio console driver?

i recently built a computer, specs : msi mag b550 moboryzen 5 5600gmsi gtx 77016gb ram256gb ssd and 2*1tb hdds and 5*3tb hddsi recently upgraded from my old b450 motherboard and ryzen 3 3200gi also bought an astro a40 headset with amp and would like to use this with my speaker setup. i use optical cable for my amp to computer and aux cable for my speaker setup and microphonei previously used on my old computer realtek audio console to manage my speakers and microphone and on this new pc that i built it doesnt have realtek audio console. is there an alternative or is there a fix for this becaus

1) I would uninstall Realktek Audio Console in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC and then reinstall from a fresh download here:

Realtek Audio Console not opening

This list appears like a random list of audio fixes. Like I said audio works fine. It's the Realtek Audio Console app that's not opening.
