    I got a pair of emails saying I opened a support ticket when I never did?


    I got a pair of emails at about 11:30pm on last night saying that I contacted support, they even gave me a pair of email "should we lose connection and need to reconnect" who can I talk to about this?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I submitted a ticket to AMD and MSI.
    AMD Tech Support emailed back with a list of suggestions such as re installing drivers and such. Pretty much things I already tried. I emailed back and I just got an email with a link to submit feedback to their driver development team.
    We'll see how it goes.
    I am looking into a GTX 650ti Boost now. So my hopes for a quick resolution arent high as the previous similar took took a while to fix.

    B3 Phenom support

    I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

    Howdy MM,
    I created a ticket and exchanged correspondence. Escalated to a manager and sent him the log files. Not knowing, and not having received a response from the manager I was wondering on a time frame of response and then a solution. Thanks for the direction and precautions!!!
