Windows 10: I got a pop up message from Windows defender security warning that my laptop has been blocked

I got a pop up message from Windows defender security warning that my laptop has been blocked and asking to call a number. that number looked suspicious and when called one unproffessional asking to press some keys so that they get access to the laptop and i disconnected. But the real frustrating thing is when i called Microsoft support , no one answered call and live chat support also not loading for a long time. What is Microsoft is doing when their OS are being attacked by some scammers even though we didnt click any links or not browsed any malicious websites.

Windows Defender - Security Warning

I received a Windows Defender Security Warning. Trojan Spyware Alert - Error Code: #0x268d3. My computer is now locked. The pop-up box says to contact Microsoft immediately for assistance in unlocking. Do not attempt to logout or re-start as this could lead to loss of data or identity theft. Was on hold for 2 hours and phone battery died. Any suggestions on how to unlock without any danger?

 

Windows Defender Security Center Pop UP Warning

I received a Windows defender security center warning that states my computer has been locked up due to my IP address being used without my knowledge. The audio message says to call 217-282-5011. I presume this is a scam. How do I get rid of this box that popped up and continues to repeat the issue continuously.

My other laptop just had a pop up warning from windows defender security center, that advises not shutting down the device , the system has been locked down, to contact windows support. I know this is some sort of malware but not sure how to proceed with shutting down the popup
