Windows 10: I got a rat and I can't do anything

    I got a rat and I can't do anything


    I recently installed a file from what I thought was a friend and later found out I got a rat from it! I located that the program is called psbnzaksvc and is in system32 folder. I can't close it in task manager, so I can't delete it from the folder. I can't factor reset my laptop. I also can't get into the advanced options menu. I tried using DBAN(Darik's Boot and Nuke) to factory reset my laptop using a usb, but I can't change the BIOS to startup from usb. I'm not good at computers and I don't have any pocket money to spend to buy a new pc/laptop or a new harddrive. Please help me I don't know how to delete this rat and factory reset my laptop. Also I have a GL62M 7REX msi laptop if that helps.

    What is this exe file? Is this file safe? Check here

    When you're clicking on the red "Not trusted" you'll see more details and also links to respective VirusTotal scans.

    Perhaps it's best to ask for free expert help in a specialized forum, see i.e. here:
