Windows 10: I got a screen saying "make better use of the windows features" for the first time and im...

First time ever after logging in i've had a window saying something along the lines of "make better use of the windows features" (not exactly because my windows is not in english), and there were apps or settings to click on i think.

I'm not sure exactly what it was because i quickly clicked "skip". I can't find anything about that in google so im kinda worried its some sort of virus trying to impersonate windows.

Step 1.

I suggest you to go through the powershell command and try the steps.

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  
• Click on File tab and select Run New Task.
  
• Make sure you have a check mark beside Create this task with administrative privileges.
  
• Type Powershell.
• Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  
• Close the Powershell window
• Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.

If the issue still persist, try the below steps:

Step 2.

I would recommend you to the Run the Internet connections troubleshooter and check. Please follow these steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the Windows search box on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting in the search results.
  
• 
  Click "View all" and then click "Internet Connections".
  
• 
  Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooter.

Small feature suggestion - About screen tooltip

Small feature suggestions - About screen tooltip + forums link

Suggestion: When you rest the mouse cursor over the videocard brand, a tooltip to appear, saying "About GPU-Z...".
I think this would be nice. What do you think?

EDIT: Also, having a link to the program forums (these forums *Smile ) in the About screen would be nice - some other programs have that, see the Core Temp About screen, for example.
