Windows 10: I got a stop running this script pop up. Do I click 'Yes' or 'No'?

I got a stop running this script message earlier today. I went into into IE options and selected the Disable script debugging option but the pop up is still there. My question is do I click 'Yes' or 'No' to the stop running this script error message? I am not able to x out of the dialog box.

How can I stop the pop up script running

The pop up is " A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue." When I am on Firefox browser on my hotmail account
in Outlook.com. I reset my Firefox and I still get the pop up telling me a script is busy. Nothing will work until I tell it to stop script and I still have to wait.

The long-running script error usually occurs when there are issues with Internet Explorer.

To resolve your concern, we suggest turning off the scripting debugger in Internet Explorer 11. Please follow these steps:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click the Settings icon at the top-right corner, then select Internet Options.
• On the Advanced tab, uncheck Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and
  Disable script debugging (Other).
• Click Apply, then OK.

Once done, check if the issue will still persist.
